Hayfield offers a broad range of 24/7 services.
The main aim is to work with deaf service users in a highly person centred way, seeking out their own choices for their lives and helping them plan the way ahead in order to meet their desired outcomes.
There are 3 categories of services...
24/7 residential care home support with day to day provision of numerous opportunities for social, educational and recreational experiences.
Individual tenancies with 24/7 support tailored to the individual needs and desires of each individual and providing care at home and housing support as well as numerous social, educational and recreational experiences.
Support Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 4.30 for those who live locally; either independently or with family and provision of numerous opportunities for social, educational and recreational experiences.
The main purpose is to assist individuals to maximise their full potential and choose the outcome they wish for themselves.
