Staffed & run by parents of deaf children, we offer unique, empathic support for deaf children & their families throughout the 12 local authorities that make up the West of Scotland.
We provide information, social & emotional support on all aspects of childhood deafness; benefits; communication; education; & technology.
We provide support at our office, home visits; by telephone; email; on WSDCS Facebook groups; and a twice monthly Youth Group; a weekly Saturday Activity Club; outreach support groups; summer trips; football tournaments; parties; & many other social activities for our families & children to get together where they can share their experiences and make lifelong friends!
