The British Museums is very deaf friendly and has recently made a Multimedia guide which is available at the front desk of the museum. The guide is a mini video player which has BSL Translation, it is very easy to use and includes translations of the following.

Signed video commentaries for over 200 highlight objects of the Museum, with interactive maps to help with orientation in the galleries.
Book online or pick up from the Multimedia Guide desk in the Great Court. Available for free.
There are also monthly talks at the Museums which are translated into BSL please join the mailing list and you will receive emails letting you know when the next BSL talk is.
